RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous Customer service Preferred.
- Property and Casualty License Preferred
- Bi-lingual (Eng/Span) Plus
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
